Day 2 in Miami

Didn't close the curtains all the way so we were up pretty early, about 7. Went and had a great breakfast downstairs, went down to the ocean but it was too windy so ended up laying in hammocks closer to the hotel. Had a little bit of lunch here at the hotel and had a nice nap! Got ready and headed to dinner at Joe's Crab Shack (Not the chain). It was delicious! then walked toward our hotel thru South Beach. Stopped at an italian restaurant and had a couple drinks and then grabbed a cab back to the hotel. Then decided to go for dinner #2 for the night at the Morton's next door. Fun was had by all! It is soo nice to be warm and am dreading going back to the cold and snow! Here are a few pics from today.

Kid-less in Miami!

Well after last week and the kids being sick and not going to school we are in Miami and kid less! I soooo needed a break! I thought I would post some photos of where we are staying in Miami, it is a Courtyard Marriott and used to be known as The Cadillac. Still haven't gotten a shot of the outside but here is our room and the view from our room. And in case you were wondering it is 75 degrees!! I am once again warm, now if I could just get rid of this headache.

Hard to believe that my in the last couple months Amaya turned 2 and Leo will turn 4 on Monday! What a joy they are and such a blessing. Here are the kiddos every year from birth.
